Build Fast Formula has standard operation procedures (SOPs) that dictates how our company is run from a quality control perspective. The customer hears brands talk about quality but not much about the process.

Build fast formula is a quality first company. Customers will begin to see our Quality Control Verified logo on every label. Quality Control Verified is our internal processes based off FDA regulations under 21 CFR 111. A significant part of the product formulation process is verifying the manufacture meets our product specification.

Quality Control Verified is focused only on the SOPs that control product quality. Basically, the processes we follow to ensure the product is ready to be released into the marketplace.

Build Fast Formula ensures the quality of their products by:

1. Overseeing that all phases of production are in compliance with cGMP requirements under 21 CFR 111 by knowing what and how manufacturing activities are performed.

2. Establishing and following written procedures to prevent contamination of products.

3. Establishing and ensuring products and components meet specifications.

4. Verifying identity of all dietary ingredients in our products.

5. Using qualified suppliers for all ingredients, components, packaging, and labeling.

6. Testing all products for all dietary ingredients to confirm products meet their Finished Product Specifications at an independent third-party laboratory.

7. Performing qualification and quarterly verification testing of all products at an independent third-party laboratory to verify the product is being manufactured to meet label claims.

8. Providing job specific and cGMP training for all employees.

9. Staffing qualified and trained quality personnel.

10. Verifying calibrated equipment and instruments, as well as clean utensils and contact surfaces are used during the manufacturing process.

Build Fast Formula’s product quality control procedures was developed by individuals with decades of experience in quality control. As the rules of quality continue to evolve, Build Fast Formula will evolve with it.
